The walk starts from Cassis. It can be easily accessed by train from Marseille (a train every hour). Then you have a half-hour walk to reach the calanques.

The hike is located in a beautiful environment.

It should be noted that the paths are sometimes steep. In high season the crowd can be very important, you'll not be alone on the paths, it is better to visit the calanques off-season (spetember is the best season, you can still swim and there are less people on the roads). Access to the creeks can be prohibited or limited during the high season because of fire risk. You must check before departure with the Park.

After the hike you can get in Cassis to have a rest and enjoy this beautiful day.
