Discovery of Quiberon and the Pointe du Conguel in Brittany

An easy walk to discover the beaches of Quiberon and the Pointe du Conguel.

A very easy hike (6 kms), all flat on well-maintained paths, it is not located on the wild coast which is located on the other side of Quiberon. It is the essential walk for all the people who discover the peninsula of Quiberon for the first time. The panorama from the Pointe du Conguel is beautiful. If you want you can get the paper version of this walk at the tourist office of Quiberon located next to the Town Hall.

Few bathers in a water which is often very fresh. No need to pay a lot of money for a thalassotherapy, you can make a cure by yourself by going swimming every day in a water which is often close to 16 degrees.

Nothing difficult, the path is very busy in summer. The Pointe du Conguel in Quiberon offers a unique coastal landscape, with vast stretches of beach stretching as far as the eye can see along the Atlantic Ocean.

At the end of the point there is an orientation table to help you find your way. In front of it you can see the islands of Houat and Hoëdic. The view is magnificent and really worth the trip.

Variation on the return

Variation on the return
We can make a small variation on the return by passing between the camp-site and the course in the trees. This avoids making the path in the opposite direction.
