This cycle path called voie verte in French starts from Ouistreham and go to Caen (9 miles) . The start is easy to find, it is located near the departure of the ferry in Ouistreham. There is no difficulty since the path follows the canal from Caen to the sea, so it is completely flat, very straight and without any cars. Be careful of the other bicycle on the bicycle path, sometimes there are lot of people on the road. Apart from that everything is perfect and the area is very beautiful.
