Honfleur is located in Normandy on the estuary of the Seine. It is located not far from the bridge of Normandy and 2 hours from Paris. The old town is remarkably preserved and attracts a large number of tourists. Honfleur is not located on the sea. The beaches are not very close from the centre. People don't go to Honfleur to swim and relax on the beach.. What appears initially as a disavantage is rather an asset because Honfleur has developed an important artistic center with many galleries and art shops. You can visit Honfleur in all seasons and walk in alleys that have kept the charm of the past. Honfleur is very well known and very touristy, and it is sometimes difficult to find a place for his car on busy days. The number of restaurants is also quite impressive, you have the choice.
